The Fairway Estates Declarations of Covenants and Deed Restrictions state that the FECA Directors shall have the authority to guide the development of the Subdivision as planned and restricted in the recorded Deed Restrictions. It is the policy of the Fairway Estates Community Association to investigate complaints concerning violations of the Declarations, to seek voluntary compliance with Restrictions, and to refer violations that are not voluntarily corrected to the City of Dunedin Code Enforcement personnel. Complaints regarding violations should be directed to the Chairperson, Deed Restrictions.
